Each bedroom offers generous walking space and large closets for your belongings. Additionally, every room is equipped with ceiling fans and lights for your comfort.

“The owner may access the locked off garage space at his own discretion.” “Due to the brief turnover time between guests, you may find laundry in the washer or dryer. This indicates we did not have enough time to complete it before your arrival. Please feel free to relocate it as needed during your stay. “The hot tub is cleaned and maintained professionally on a weekly basis, the landscaping is also done on a weekly basis. The cleaning between guest’s is done by myself and a professional team. I personally go through the house on a regular basis, checking that things are working properly ( lightbulbs, light switches, sauna, smoker, TV remotes, locks ect). but it’s not possible to check everything every time between guests. This means that you might find something that is not working optimally is damaged or missing. If that’s the case, please let us know so we can address the issue right away. House Rules

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ABSOLUTELY NO PETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! My family is deathly allergic and could be hospitalized! No smoking inside the house, smoking is allowed in the backyard. Please dispose of all cigarettes properly. No Marijuana or any illegal substances to be brought on the property. It’s ok to drink, but please don’t get drunk in our home. Quiet hours after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors. Please be careful moving the ping pong table attachment and do not scratch walls or damage the game table. The trash cans will need to be placed on the dirt at the end of the driveway Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup. You must shower before using the hot tub or sauna. The hot tub cover must not be fully removed during use. The space is too tight and it’s very easy to damage it. Please close the cover as soon as you are finished to help keep out debris and contaminates. If you use the smoker in the back yard to cook, the cover must be put back on after it has cooled down. Google “ wood pellet smoker “ for more information on how these work. If the smoker has pellets in the hopper, you are welcome to use them. If it is empty, you will need to supply your own. $30/hr charge for host approved early check ins. Early check in times will vary based on how long it takes to clean / prep the house from the guests who checked out before your arrival. Unapproved late check outs will be charged $40/hr fee. Guest Access

You will have full access to the home besides a locked linen+ supply closet / a cabinet and a locked garage. Depending on how long your stay is, you may see some of the vehicles I keep parked in the driveway coming and going or hear me accessing the locked off garage at my own discretion.

Find us

There is plenty of room for parking. You can comfortably fit 3 vehicles in the driveway and quite a few more vehicles right outside of the driveway if needed.
